any ideas for recipes to use up pulped fruit and vegetables the by product of juicing

The vegetable pulp could be added to soup and the fruit to jelly.
Not very exciting but at least then it is not wasted.

buy plastic ice lolly moulds and fill with the pulp - nutritious and tasty (perhaps just the fruit though! although mixed with some pure fruit juice just might cover any veg flavour)

Use the veg pulp in a cake-like carrot or courgette cake-adds beautifuly moist texture.
