What do you usually have ?

My 'standard' order is a double bacon cheeseburger, with regular fries and a cappuccino.

You need to be aware though that the majority of regular users of this site seem to be elderly Brits (as I am), some of whom have never been into a McDonald's in their life and who would need to be paid mega-bucks just to get them through the door!  Not everyone eats in Maccie-Dees!

I'm sure someone will be along soon to answer properly, but the best  I can offer is to say that I once went to one in about 1990 and had a burger.  I've never eaten in one since, by choice.

It wasn't the worst meal I've ever had, that was a burger and chips in a Burgerking in the USA, lateish at night.  Hope someone can give you more positive feedback, rather than saying 'avoid'.

A cheeseburger happy meal that I take home and crisp up the bun before adding mayonnaise and my husband eats 2/3 of the fries and I normally get orange juice so he can drink it at the weekend

I said in 1978 yes really ! to an American professor ( of an anthropology, whatever that is) that some people went to McD's because they LIKED it and he went off this trolley

Like Jourdain I went once when my 43 year old goddaughter was about 6. It was the one and only time and that was enough.
