I have a gigantic sweet and sour/kung pao chicken bubbling away in the oven. I added a tin of pineapple chunks and a good glug of vinegar to the mix as I generally find most sweet and sour sauces too sweet. We have a bottle of bubbly chilling too, just because :)

Mr mally's birthday today so i bought a M& S Chinese meal and baked him a chocolate sponge cake (packet mix as i'm hopeless at sponges )
Guinness and a pie for the rugby.
Pan fried sea bass, roast peppers and hummus.
90% lindt and a glass of Shiraz.

I have just made a huge super food salad, quinoa, chickpeas, goji berries, edamame beans, broccoli, butternut squash, flaxseed mix and feta cheese.
It will kefir a few days and I can just grab it when needed

Just finished sorting Peeling etc... for a Sausage casserole, Carrots, Swede, Turnip, potatoes, peas and onion.
Salmon cooked in butter and lemon juice, baby potatoes, chantilly carrots, peas and pak choi. No sweet, perhaps some cheese.
