Easy to work out even for me- if a had a box. Just get some scales and see how many weigh's 7g then times by 100

I think that's not answerable because boxes will vary.

None if the box is empty.

It's a bloody hard jigsaw to do, that's all I know.

It would depend on how many helpings had been taken.
