The only thing I've ever been unable to get in my local Sainsbury's is eggs, but that was a couple of weeks ago and I've no problem since.
I love crunchy peanut butter.

Can't get dolmio's lasagne sauce, the alternative is less than half the price and turns out to be nicer.
I'm pretty sure my local Sainsbury's had sunpat peanut butter but they haven't had flour for weeks
Flour and yeast. Everything else I’ve managed to get.
I've been able to get crunchy peanut butter. I've not looked for frankfurters, per se, but I have seen plenty of similar chilled and canned products on offer.

On my last shopping trip (Morrison's, 9 days ago) I couldn't get long grained rice, corned beef, bacon grill or bleach. I also couldn't see any chilled ready meals available (they seem to have stopped doing them for the time being) and I couldn't see any boxes of chocolates. (I had a birthday coming up and wanted to treat myself).
Just unpacked my Tesco shopping and they've no Quavers so have sent Wotsits - I no like Wotsits.
Oh Buen,how disappointing! (chocolates)
From an 'insiders' point of view:

We have plenty of both those, bednobs (Morrisons).

Peanut butter supplies OK-ish.

Flour is pretty scarce - plenty of flour but apparently they can't get the packaging.

Ditto with eggs; got 2000 loose eggs in on Friday, but hardly any boxed eggs.

Been told to expect shortages soon of a) ready meals - no real hardship though if you can cook, and b) freah pasta (dried pastas pretty much back to normal though).
That sounds like business as usual for Morrisons Buenchico. I've never been in there without finding about five items on my shopping list to be out of stock.
If you have an m&s food hall, I recommend their peanut butter
Captain, do I remember rightly you work in a supermarket? Or do I have that wrong?
Beef and Tomato pot noodles.
Any other flavour except Beef and Tomato....
Must be a best selling brand or summatt??

clearly you've never lived with an incredibly fussy 8 year old "similar" does not cut it. It has to be the exact proportion of fat/eyebrows/floor sweepings in herta frankfurters

You should always tick the "No Substitutes" box, Mamy. I once ordered a granary loaf which they did not have so they sent me a packet of breadsticks. Lesson learned.

Far from being available in these crisis-hit times, peanut butter - crunchy or otherwise - should be a prohibited substance. It's revolting stuff and should only be available to healthcare professionals to treat burns.

It's the lack of flour I don't get. I don't want any but why does anybody else? Just what are they doing with it?

They're far better than Asda though. They have a policy of 'no cages on the shop floor' during the busier parts of the day, which is really bad news if (as I often do during 'normal times) you like to shop around teatime. Many of their shelves are completely empty, despite the fact that they've got all of the relevant items in their stockrooms.
Discovering baking NJ!
I've always baked, more so now I have time to.
Yes, I should have ticked 'no subs' not to worry - I'll find someone who want all 24 packets.

They are making it into toilet rolls.

What this is revealing is which products are actually popular. For example you go to buy a jar of curry paste and there's an empty shelf. Next to it there's a full shelf of curry 'sauce' jars which are obviously disgusting. Curry product manufacturers please take note.
