We had a lovely meal in one of the many restaurants here in palachora,
I am not a wine person I prefer a pint of Guinness,
During the meal we ordered white wine it was absolutely lovely,
When I went to pay I said how much We enjoyed the meal,
Thank you for that and the wine, yes says I it was lovely
Our special for special customers he said,
On leaving one of the young waiters said you will get that wine in the local supermarket, and told me the name , I got it for 2euro a litre.
Things like that make a holiday worthwhile.

Jordy. Don't worry about wine buffs. What you like is what you like. Vimto, Dandelion and Burdock, Coke, Blue Nun......... If you like it then like it without fear of contradiction.
Nice to enjoy a glass of wine with your meal .
Bring me a bottle back, Jordy and I'll see if I like it. I'm no wine buff but that does seem extremely cheap.
I'm not a wine buff so I don't have to look away. I can only tell them apart by colour or if it has fizzy bubbles.
Glad you've found a wine you like Jordy.
Naomi loves her wine, and her collection of empty bottles rattling around her fourth floor flat are becoming a tourist attraction.
She even has a wine cellar, much to the chagrin of the folks in the third floor flat :-)
My accountant bought me 2 cases of wine from France. Apparently it worked out at 80p per bottle. It was pretty nice as well.

If you want to drink cheap plonk then go on a 'All Inclusive.' You end your holiday taking the pledge. They throw the stuff at you. The only Greek wine I would entertain is Retsina well chilled.
