I'm having Goose this year. Never had it before. I have duck as backup...

Smoked salmon and scrambled eggs for breakfast with a glass of bucks fizz :-)

I’m having a buffet, it’s my day too. I’ve bought some individual melting cheeses in their own pot .. mature cheddar with Kentish cider/ one the same with chorizo .. one with jalapeño and spring onions (Aldi) .. crusty bread. Pates, crackers etc..

I had goose a few years ago and found it a temple of disappointment. You pay a lot of my money for very little meat and loads of fat.
