We're having leftovers from Thursday evening...salmon, peas and pasta in a hollandaise sauce, glad I'm not cooking to be honest. Anyone having anything really interesting/delicious/tasty?
Out of curiosity, how many miles north of London does 'dinner' start to be referred to as 'tea'?? Watford Gap? Birmingham? Manchester? What do you call your evening meal?

Fish, chips and mushy peas for me tea. Thankfully, we don't get many limp-wristed, southern-softies up in Yorkshire, lad:-)
I say dinner, he says tea, he's from London!

We're having feta and spinach tartlets (from the deli counter rather than homemade)with purple sprouting and minted new potatoes.
Tea for me in Manchester, though I'm from Shropshire really so not a proper Manc.

Salt & Pepper Chicken and Yung Chow Fried Rice from the Chinese for me so a lovely treat :)
Boiled gammon and chips at least for hubby - probably nothing for me.

Hope you are feeling better today Islay. Gallbladder problems are no fun, I've been there. When you do feel like eating and are able to, go for small portions and as little fat as possible to try not to make it twitchy. Hope it settles soon.
I'm in South Manchester :) I've got my slow cooker ingredients in ready for tomorrow. Not had such proper meals for a while, love how easy it is, especially getting pre-sliced veg and such.
