Will It Work?

I have some smoked salmon, two ripe avocados, coriander, lemons, tomatoes and olive oil. I am going to make a sort of salad with them. Will it work? Do I need to add anything else?

Sounds nice. Bit of mustard to make a dressing with the olive oil and lemon juice. I woukd throw in olives and marinated garlic as well :-)

A touch of chilli or paprika in the dressing will help bring everything together.

Thanks excel, I have a bag of Italian salad.That will go in too. Oh I'm looking forward to this. I have just made the dressing and it's got a bit of a kick to it.
Glass of white wine first, I think.
