Pasta primavera with king prawns. Boil pasta, drain and add salad stuff including peppers and tomatoes, and sauteed prawns. Toss all ingredients together, and there you have a delicious pasta dish which could be eaten either cold or hot.
tempura prawns is a no no.(not allowed near hot fat,to shaky)I found a nice cod loin in freezer as well,might cook that in tinfoil and I have a philedelphia simply stir(new one)with garlic and herbs and throw in peppers etc.and the prawns,i will make some pasta with it.thats me sorted for another day,thank you guys.
