Has anyone seen it in a shop yet?

I want a jar but it is £6 on ebay.

If you have seen it, I would be grateful to know the price you paid and what area of the country.

Thanks in advance.

Super !!
But, but I like mushrooms.
All this talk of Marmite has made me peckish , I'm off for a Marmite sandwhich.
Isn't it odd that those folk who do not like Marmite always describe it in most horrible terms - it's surely just a matter of taste, and just because it doesn't suit YOUR taste doesn't mean you have to describe it in faecal terms.

Obviously in order to draw this comparison, such folk have tasted faecal matter and this is probably what distorted their taste buds in the first place.
I've just realised too I'm hungry, but Marmite just isn't on the menu - ever.
I think I'll have toast with a nice greengage conserve I persuaded Mrs J to get. (she's not keen on it).
About 15 mins left on second DVD of the night - I intended watching a new purchase, Mesrine, but discovered it's a double DVD.
Both a bit disappointing, especially after watching 36 (Quai des Orfevres) earlier in the week.

There are indeed many awful tasting things in this world: but thankfully Marmite isn't one of them. Not that I'd recommend having more than the thininest of smears to your food when trying it for the first time; one needs to develop a taste for it. (Oh, I recall that apart from crisps and chocolate with it as the flavour, it's been years and years since I last had some.)

So and extra 50% on the price to have some unspecified sparkly bits in it ? Probably best to wait until it's in the bargain bin at normal price, in the New Year.
