How do you cook yours, if you have one?? Originally i cooked ours in a bread crumb crust ala the outlaws but hated the faddyness of it so last year i did a honey marmalade and clemantine glaze which was heaven. Will be doing the same this year-once i can get in my kitchen!

i got some home made plum jam in the cupboard, but think my hubby might be taking over lol
I cook mine in coke, or cover it in soft brown sugar and mustard it all depends on what I feel like. Question for you though. If you're doing the cooking why worry what your relatives like? You should cook what you want and if that's bread crumb crust so be it. I'd never be so rude as to complain about my hostess's cooking methods. Though your honey marmalade and clementine glaze sounds really tasty, might try that myself for a change
