In 1984 there was a drink called Tico,wot did it consist of and can+where can u get it?

Its Mexican in origin but there is a Jewish version, or rather Israeli.

Ingredients for this:

2 tbsp Chocolate Mix
1 parts Cointreau
6 tbsp Whipped Cream Cream
2 parts Milk
1 tbsp Powder Sugar Sugar

Directions: Warm the milk. Add the Choclate Mix to the warm milk and shake until milk turns light brown. Then add the Cointreau, powder sugar and whipped cream.

You can use honey instead of the chocolate mix to get 'The Sweet Taste of Israeli Tico'.

OMG I remember that! it was out the same sort of time as Mirage and the Taboo drink they had glasses that you could buy (yes I bought some) giving my age away now!
