kids are built with all the survival tools to attract attention.
their bones are softer meaning they are less likely to break easily (to survive) and their instinct is to scream to get food/attention/care
i dont know but if i done that at that age i would have got a thick ear, there is no need for it and its the parents fault they need a good clout instead of constantly trying to please them
Absolutely. Baby animals do it as well, by crying in a high-pitched tone. It's to let the parent know where they are, or if they need something, that's all.
Hi tiggerblue, weeal, willie.
No, I can't say as it's a nice sound, but as babies, we ALL did it. You don't go around slapping an infant just because it wails uncontrollably, as obviously there's a reason for it. If they continue with it as they become older, then they should be able to explain what's wrong to their mums and dads - but even then, all youngsters cry and throw wobblies. Just part of how we are.
My son couldn't speak until he was 4 years old so he did a lot of the screaming. If had a penny for everytime I overheard some interfering old busybody say that he needed a slap I would be quite well off. When a child can't communicate properly like my son then they get very frustrated and their only outlet is to scream.
yes I have that too daffy, my sons are 7 and 8 and still no verbal stuff, I ignore the armchair parents that hang around supermarkets with their limited knowledge ;D
