Hi this is more info than a question a few days ago my son had very bad nappy rash when I told my mum she told me to ask in the chemist for a cream called conourtrane. I began to use it and just after 24 hrs I noticed the difference, I urge anyone with a baby with nappy rash to use this cream !!
Also rather than using baby wipes I used wet cotton wool to clean him plus it saves you money.
