If I put up before and ongoing pictures of my weightloss journey?

Given the accusations that have been thrown at me recently am I just opening myself up for a load of abuse?

That I am vulgar and a bully naomi
If these are pictures of your fat mother-in Law....then yes you ARE asking for trouble.
If the pictures are of you.......then yes....you are still asking for trouble.
Does that answer your question?
Go on.........show us the pictures ;-)

Actually Sqad you have really put me off aready!!
I wouldn't Islay. Show them on FB instead.
I have a Canadian friend who had gastric band surgery 3 years ago
(not that being Canadian has anything to do with it)
She posted piccies of herself within the first year after surgery and only ever received favourable comments.
She still does post piccies and she's still looking good and feels so much better, physically and mentally.

If you feel strong enough to post about your journey, then do so. Any nasties will get slated and removed xxxx
Islay, I would love to see your progress in your weight loss. I think it's amazing. I can't imagine anyone here would post anything nasty.
Congrats on your weight loss and not trying to be a fuddy duddy about this but please remember that once these pictures are uploaded they can be saved by other people and used. you will also lose your privacy. Personally I would not. There is a world of difference between sharing pictures of yourself to family and friends, but another to share pictures of yourself to any random lurker.
I would be cautious Islay, if I were you. There are a few people on AB that luxuriate in being as nasty as they can get away with.

But, its your call.

Really cloverjo you have more faith than I do!
Let me ponder on it a little longer, I have recieved such support from some on here that are not on my facebook that I really wanted to share especially after another milestone was passed last night.
What about chopping your head off so nobody knows it is you ?
If you have doubts, don't do it, Islay.
you have done so blummin' great..I'd be shouting it from the rooftops !
Question Author
Lol Wolf great idea except some of the most noticible changes are in my face!
another milestone?!

Well done you xxxxxxxxxxx
Can you post a link to a Instagram or something?
What would have been your response if another member of AB had asked the Q?
Islay, //That I am vulgar and a bully naomi //

I can't see what that has to do with your weight loss, but some people will beat others with any stick they can find. If you're in doubt, and you can't take negative comments, don't do it.
You transformation is remarkable and you right to be proud of your achievement.

Don't feed the wolves though.
