Curry??!

Very traditional!
I havent decided yet!! Id like to go!! what do u think?
b00 would you want to sit upwind of 8 blokes who have eaten curry??
I personally keep well away from my works do's

Every year some married person shags someone they shouldent then all the gosip and the back biting that goes on for months. no thanks i have to work with them and dont want them as friends.
I work with a very small team and we are going out on Friday. We get along very well so it's fun but no-one gets drunk and makes a prat of themselves
Definitely not no skyep, lol. Gotta agree with yorkie bar blokey there though, with the possible exception of maybe two or three, I don't actually like my work colleagues and the thought of spending time with them and not been paid to do so leaves me cold.

Yes, very traditional! Yorks lad - Our do's aren't like that! These lads are work collegues, simple as! Cazzz- Hadn't thought of that :0( xx

Actually - Ex work colleagues!
I couldnt ever imagine working anywhere where I dont get along with my work colleaugues (cant spell the word forgive me). You spend most of your lives with these people surely its imperative that you all share something special??? I guess ive always been really lucky wherever I have worked!!
I'm certainly not going. I have a on-going grievance against my boss :-(
Hmm kind of!

I'm not going to the official works xmas do as it is costing 35.70 and to me that can buy a few extra presents/treats (oh ok Booze!) for Christmas.
I am however cooking the school xmas dinner tomorrow which the teachers and goveners also have (and us and the dinnerladies but we have to wait till about 2pm for ours) So once I have cooked for 180 (oh God I feel sick just thinking about it!) I shall be enjoying my works xmas do :o)

Hope you have a good time at yours tomorrow night Skyep :o) and you also on Friday bensmum :o)

......I'm only going cos I am cooking the blooming thing! ......
Im going on mine on Friday, traditional christmas three course meal followed by karaoke! None of us are karaoke singers, it just happened to be on that night in the hotel/restaurant/pub we are going to!

Tuesday Im going with my boyfriend on his works do. Another three course meal....... where am I going to put it all? lol
Sounds like fun Skyep, hope you have a lovely time, but just remember Cazzz's advise lol

It's my works xmas do on saturday night, we're having a disco and buffet. It's usually a good night, we're a friendly bunch-mad but friendly lol

I think it's worth making the effort to break down barriers and try and get to know people better! It's only once a year after all.
it is ours this coming saturday and everyone is moaning about missing the3 x factor final!
I have only been at my job for four weeks, the boss said I was welcome at the Christmas do this coming Saturday, but seeing as I am a newby I would have to pay for myself,
