Depends where you take it - the banks will usually change notes back, but not coins, and each of them has a different rate for buying back foreign currency.
You should take them back to where you bought them, if not you will pay a highger commission

Going by the rates I've seen advertised outside theCoop, PO etc, the going rate is about 1.3€ to £1 at the moment, which means you'll get around £111. If you shop around you may get a little more - particularly in London.
