Just went down to the canteen and all the pasta meals were labelled in Welsh - so I had the one with the 'V' next to it - think it was tomato with peppers - it's made my teeth feel weird !

I'm doing Chardonnay Semillon from a kit. Thought I'd try a couple of kits before I progress onto fruit. Himself also wants me to try making cider and beer, so I reckon I shall have a small brewery in the garage before long!

I thought that for brewing you need a white food grade plastic bin since any colours contain toxins that can leach into the booze (and we wouldn't want that, would we?).

I just sterilised all my kit. Here goes.
