Here's a HFW recipe - looks a tad spicy, I must say ! You might want to substitute the scotch bonnets for something slightly milder unless you love ferociously hot curries !

Funnily enough,we had a chicken curry earlier on this evening.It was lovely with a bit of mango sauce.

I'm not sure about currying a goat though.
They call it goat curry but its more commonly made with mutton.
