OH bought some cards from Vistaprint, all was well until I looked at one and noticed a mistake.

There was a number missing off our phone number. We checked and it was OH's fault, he had put the wrong number down.

On Friday he phoned them up to explain his error, and ordered some more.

No problem they said we will do some more, for no charge.

Considering it was not their fault, we expected to have to pay again.

So thank you Vistaprint, I am glad to be able to tell a good story.

Lovely when you hear good reports about a company...so often we just gripe......x
