I cooked this over the weekend, absolutely brilliant, no peeling, no chopping, no boiling, no mashing. Never do it the old way again.

I try to buy the smaller ones and cook for 10 minutes one way, turn up for another 5 and keep turning and cooking until they squeeze soft. I then cut it in half and scoop out the flesh out in one go. Delicious.
