Mine varies a worrying degree.

I found this mesmerising:

Anyone here particularly proud of their handwriting?

Mine is lousy - I hate it.

i work at BT, and a number of ly colleagues are ex-Drawing Office staff and all had to learn to write and print really well - i envy them so much.

I handwrite in capitals, and even that can be hard to read!

I would really love to write nicely - I may get some lessons when i retire - never too late!
that's wonderful, however i cannot write to save my life, arthritis, and it's getting much worse.
i write just like a doctor.
lol
Mine's lovely:-)
mine is good, I mostly write with an ink pen.
*fountain pen, whatever!
Mine is terrible, every time I write on a birthday/christmas card I tend to feel that I've just ruined the card.
I think my printed handwriting is quite messy. My joint up writing is terrible and can only be read by me I think... and even then...
mine is like a 10 year olds, in fact i was probably 10 last time i wrote something

I know that feeling!
I write in the style of people from the 1900's

I dont know why I do this but I do.
I like to think I write a good hand .We were taught to write properly at school.
I write lots of letters so I've never really lost the habit of handwriting .
For handwritten letters I always use a fountain pen .
My handwriting was excellent until I learned shorthand. Once you can do shorthand at 120 wpm it really does make you very impatient with writing longhand - I hate letterwriting by hand - I just don't do it. In fact I don't write letters any more. I only telephone or email.
My writing is either a hit or a miss. It's good when I try hard but I can't be bothered most of the time lol. I'm a slow writer too. I have a reason though.. I only started writing with my left hand about 5 years ago. I lost all strength in my right hand so decided to see if I could use my left instead and it worked!
My writing is slopes forward and was also very like people wrote in the 1900's except it now it is just forward sloping slapdash and horrible.
Mine is good in whichever style I choose......as per Andy's comments about Drawing Offices.

Although now I work with computers there is precious little scope for 'flair' on any plans.........:o(
I remember having caligraphy lessons at school. I loved it.
clear but not beautiful! my friend has copper plate and i envy her! xx
Mines virtually illegible even to me sometimes, luckily due to the nature of my job I have to write very little.

I'm pretty quick and accurate at typing though.
Mines very good....
