Hi, i have a big tax bill looming and was thinking about getting a credit card to pay it with and then gradually pay it off. I know a 0% interest is what i need but would that be for balance transfers or purchases? Can i just use a credit card to directly pay a bill without getting charged interest?

The tax man doesn't accept credit cards:

And if you did get one, do NOT draw cash on it to pay. You'll be paying the interest for the rest of your life!
