WHat are the chances of getting a mortgage when the dss have been paying your mortgage for the last 6 months,but they are not anymore because your circumstances have changed. Will this hinder you getting a mortgage?

why have the dss been paying your mortgage for the last 6 months?
do you mean they have been paying the interest on your mortgage?

if you already have a mortgage...why are you looking for a new one?
