I'm doing my B/s Crwsk on starting up my own independant music shop, but i don't know where you get CD's from- does anyone know any supplier web addresses etc, it would be a gr8 help

I work for a library service, and we buy all our CDs and sheet music from Cramer Music - http://www.cramermusic.co.uk/
Their website's undergoing reconstruction just now, but you'll find contact details there.

I'm not sure whether they supply to retailers or not, but it's a starting point. I deal with them on a regular basis and find them very helpful people. If you explain what you need the information for then I'm sure they'll direct you elsewhere if they can't help.
