Lowering your calorie intake per day and increasing your  exercise, specifically cardio vascular i.e. circuit training, also the treadmill, skipping rope, rowing machine, cross trainer, stepper, arm cylcing machine jobby, and weights that concentrate on your abdomen.

Also, you could try swimming, as it uses muscles allover your body but more likely to tone than lose weight.

No chocs, minimal alcohol, plenty of exercise (walking, jogging etc). Eat small amounts often rather than a lot in one sitting. Eat very little in the evening.
Just cut out eating in between meals. Make sure your meals are healthy and have lots of fruit and veg. Avoid alcohol, except maybe once a week, and only drink vodka or white wine (less cals). Cook from scratch rather than eat processed food.Don't eat after 7pm at all.

I don't know if you're in the UK or not, but the latest copy of More magazine (don't judge me, sometimes I need some fluff to flick through!) has a fairly easy sounding diet.  Loose half a stone in 2 weeks and everything takes under 10 minutes to prepare and it includes some alchohol.

You can lose up to 4lbs by drinking dandilion tea which helps stop water retention, sometimes that can make you look a little bloated.  good luck!

If you can't be bothered to go to the gym then as natalie said try swimming, this is really good at toning up your belly muscles.  BUT you'll still have a bit of flab over the toned muscles (even though you say you've changed your diet) unless you do some CV exercise.  Because fat around the belly can be hard to shift.  EVen if you only swim you should still see some flattening of the belly and some improvement.
Try following the ************* diet, you dont have to go every week, just but the books.  Eat and drink less and more healthily and work out 3 times a week (swimming is good exercise)
weight   watchers diet!
