how to lose weight round the stomach?

i'm trying to lose weight from the stomach area. at the beginning of last year i managed to lose almost 2 stone just through eating healthier and exercising (bit of cycling, running, football, etc)...

itunes downloads and playlists lost

i recently upgraded my itunes but in doing so have lost all my purchases and all my playlists. i tried to 'check for available downloads' but that only gave me the last album i downloaded. i've lost...

i know these sort of games get boring to play cos its only one tournament but i wanna know about the gameplay. some say its better than pro evo and fifa (which were both dissapointing). is it worth...

sky sports subscription

i currently have sky sports but not really gonna watch it much over the summer, if i cancel my sports subscription and just have the basic package then upgrade again when the football season restarts...

sky+ fan very loud

hi, just had sky+ installed and the fan is really loud even when on standby, is there anyway this can be turned down, i have it in my bedroom so it could get quite annoying when i'm trying to sleep.

running 2 sky digi boxes off one dish

is it possible to do this without buying multiroom? i have a spare box and would like to set it up just as a freeview box in another room but because i've only one aerial leading to the dish the spare...
