I dont know WBM - i was quite relaxed going to bed. I spent several hours before that intensively making jewellery so maybe I overdid it. My body clock is a bit out of sync lately - all due to stress. Not feeling the slightest bit sleepy and have to get the girls up in an hour and a half anyway

I have nights like that too. As long as you relax once you have everyone off to school/work then you may find you can have a nap then. I hope you sleep well tonight. xxx
