I absolutely adore mousakka. I usually flavour the mince with nutmeg, mint, paprika and oregano, a good glug of red wine, tom puree and plenty of garlic. How do you do yours, Alba?

I leave out the nutmeg and oregano unfortunately can't do it too spicy as OH has a gastric problem. The wine goes in the cook!

Alfie sounds gorgeous, our mutt is a lurcher cross and impersonates a beagle face every so often.
