At night just before falling asleep or after falling asleep, I experience a vibration throughout my body and then an abrupt stop. This repeats throughout the night. I am well past menopause. I have read several accounts of similar episodes in others...HAS anyone gotten a diagnosis? My cardiologist thinks it is neurological. It is maddening...
