Lose Weight

I'm trying to lose quite a bit of weight before the 18th of April so I'm thinking a fad diet is the way to go, a bit of a quick fix, is there any that has worked for you? Or is there any that last 14 days?

Lots of water to flush your system out, start with a larger breakfast of low fat slow burn foods to keep you going longer, similar for lunch and keep healthy snacks like celery, carrot sticks, tomatos or apples for hunger pangs.

Vegetable or watercress soup is a good one for filling you up. Baked potato with cottage cheese or sweetcorn is another good filler as well.

Have a small early dinner and eat before 7pm if at all possible.

Stick to a small piece of lean white meat or fish with lots of salad or veggies.

Swimming is also great for toning up with the pounds you lose and to get some cardio workout as well though make sure you get your heartrate up and keep it up for a while so go for a good front crawl rather than a leisurely breaststroke, you can always alternate to get used to it.
