can i have one glass of wine then take 1 valium tablet for bedtime? not been sleeping well, inlaws staying and i need to get some darn sleep!!!

its not going to overdose you if thats what you mean bubbles!!
just drink the bottle of wine then you wont need the valium x

wish i could but if i have alot to drink my sleep is very shallow and i wake up in the early hours and cant get back. just wanted to know what harm it could do, i would probably stop drinking about 8pm if we went out to dinner and had wine then would take 1 valium about 10pm.

have taken more than that with lots of drink and i lived to tell the tail. enjoy time with the inlaws lol x
