How can I get rid of recurring thrush naturally? The usual creams and pessaries don't stop it coming back.

You have to alter the conditions under which its growing. Sometimes Natural Yoghurt is used, often with good results, but if you are getting recurrent infections you may want to consider changing your underwear (all natural fibres are best) or wearing skirts more, to help cool down (thrush thrives in warm moist conditions). Also make sure that your partner is treated as well. Men get thrush too, but the symptoms are often negligible so he may not notice. Natural Yoghurt can work for him too, but dunk rather than smear.
