On Monday I ordered a dvd from them and I got a confirmation of the payment. Should I get a confirmation or something form cd wow? I'm not a member so I don't have something like a my account section. Any help please?

I think you shouldve received an email from them pretty much as soon as you purchased the dvd, confirming receipt of your order. It may have gone into your junkmail box.

I wouldnt worry too much about it unless you dont receive the dvd. Since it's posted from Hong Kong I gather that you should be getting it by next monday. You could try contacting them by email or phone via their website.

Maybe-Just Maybe you misspelled your e-mail address when you typed it in and thats why you havent received a confirmation from them.

but the payment confimation which is handled by paynova.com have sent me a confermation of payment email. Does that mean cd-wow won't send me one?

I find sometimes these sites send confirmation and sometimes they don't. I've never had any trouble with CDwow, though, always got what I ordered. Give it a week or more before worrying; Hong Kong's still a bit of a distance.
