Everywhere i go people banging on about how bad they are and everytime one immigrant commits a crime they are potrayed as a race of villans? please people have some sense ive made a little list of what i've found out about immigrants without reading the daily mail!
let me allay some fears about migrants in the u.k
FACT the economy received a 4 billion pound boost from all the workers that came over here from abroad
FACT britains age is reaching a dangerously old age (mean) wherein in 50 years there will not be enough workers to care for the old people and the amount of people on pension will collapse our society and therefore we NEED young people from other countries to diversify our population.
FACT as Britains we have one of the best passports in the world and can live in so many countries with no problem a bit hypocritical to deny other people the rights we have?
GUESS most people who bring their families on a round the world trip don't undertake it lightly and mostly do not come here to cause trouble most families want to make a living and feed their kids if anyone has a problem with that i think you have some humanitarian issues and might as well become a nazi!
if you look at the amount of people who commit crime in this country compared to the immigrants the figures don't justify the prejudice.
also dont even get me started on how our NHS is ABSOLUTELY dependant on those immigrants

Of course its the illegals, that are causing a problem within this society! as I said earlier no one has a problem with bona fide foreign family coming over here and offering a service/skill that we cannot fill. If we adopted the same point systems as other countries we wouldn't have a problem. However because we are in europe and have a benefit system and we keep giving in to petty human rights groups we are no longer the strong country we used to be. We are a laughing stock! There are only so many people that can fit on a small island.

The Sherman, why the devil should we have to have " more right now" Yes, hard working ones, but not dossers! It shouldn't be tolerated and they should be returned from whence they came, not left to run around causing havoc for our police to control that are already under resourced. If, as you say, no other country has them, then perhaps we are just slightly doing it wrong perhaps?
Bottom line. We are a small Country that cannot cope at the moment with hospitals, policing, housing etc. Why.......?, because we have let too many foreigners into the UK.

The thing is there isn't really a black and white answer to this. A friend of mine was on a year long waiting list to work as a pediatric nurse which she trained for. she was working as general nurse to make ends meat! Reason for not being able to get the job she trained for was due to immigrant nursed who were working for less salary! That doesn't seam fair!
I bet if people who were on jobseekers (who arn't actually job seeking) stood up and got a job, the need for immigration would certainly be less!

right so if someone comes over on a job offer (that a british firm has given them) then they get here and the company goes bust we should chuck them straight back out?
also you do know that employment is at its lowest in 10 years? practically no-one comes here to live off the system, they have to wait a year before they can do that anyway, also someone give me some bl00dy evidence that they are claiming of the government? The Sherman, now you're being silly, if they have come over here on a job offer and they work for a company, then the company goes bust! They are not illegal immigrants are they? and they will probably have to find alternative job to afford the mortgage if they were lucky enough to get one.
We/I am talking about the scroungers who come over with no job, no intention of a job and driving on our roads with no tax and insurance and every other possible avoidance you can think of, but hey let them all in! Do you with hand on your heart honestly say they don't do that when there has been TV footage of them flooding over here?

haha so british people dont drive with no tax/insurance is it only migrants? I Bet british peole dont sit on our benefits system at all do they? or are they entitled to because they were born here?

Who says employment ( I presume you mean unemployment? ) is at its lowest for 10 years. The government??? Where do all your figures come from?? Government statistics?? Ha Ha Ha, what a joke. The reason they are at the lowest is because they are moved from jobseekers to disability benefits to make the stats look better. When you have worked inside a Govt office like I have you know what wool is being pulled over the public!

right so your friend went for a job and there was already an immigrant working there? so your friend should get precedent even though someone was already in the job?
also about pay apart from minimum wage there arent that many jobs where everyone gets the same wage (look at the sexist divide in this country EVIDENCE) most jobs work on a banding system and therefore some people dont get the same wage whilst in the same job.

well the estate I lived at had asylum seekers everywhere, as a result they got all the priority housing over the needy and disabled who had been on the waiting list, non of the ones I know work either which is annoying
Im all for helping but this country doesnt have the resources left and certainly not enough housing to keep letting people in. I feel bad for people living in war torn countries but overcrowding a small island with more and more people is not the answer.

Right, lets start again to make it easier for you, of course UK has its criminals, its scroungers, always has, always will have. But you should NOT let immigrant people in from other countries so that they can do the same. Do you think we as tax payers can afford to police it. Its bad enough without immigrants. AND YES they do come over here with the intention of using they system! I've seen it with my own eyes/eye.

right i'm fed up with this. This is my new proposal if your so against immigrants the next time you go to a shop /doctors/hospital dont get served by them. go to the back of the queue of a white /Britsh person and only get served by them. The next op you need at hospital make sure you wait and get seen by a britsh doctor (snd you'll have to check there at least what 5? generations british)
oh you'll also not be able to shop at asda and tesco because there are a lot of polish involved in farming. and then once you've done that and you find a supplier who isnt dependant on migrant workers because they cant get workers from the uk then you can live in your little british bubble and be happy with the state of the country.

No my friend had to be put on a waiting list to have a job even when she hadn't finished her training as they were told that only a third of the job vacencies were going to be offered to graduates, the other 2/3 were taken up by an acency who recruits immigrants. It was a part of a programme adopted for a short period, but has stayed! So in fact they were told that they would only be fighting for a third of the jobs available! Why does that need to happen if there are plenty of graduates to fill posts? I cannot comprehend that!

No, its when you start facting in order to "put allay to some of the fears". They unfortunately are fears and everyone in this country should be saying to the government ONLY let immigrants into this country who have something to offer and deal with the ones who slip through the system. Getting tired now of stating the bloomin obvious!
