my nan lives in Essex... she might be interested... i'm assuming she hasnt had it in a while... unless she gets jiggy with good ol' Bernie at her Club on Thursdays...

Although we can only take this route if age isnt too much of a problem as she turned 90 in March.

The rougher the better in my nans opinion so a firemans carry will work wonders - not only for the hormones but it'll also put pressure off her knees and will be easier on her arthritus.
