go the GUM clinic. Could be all sorts of things but the fishy smell would point to gardnerella, which I hasten to add is not an STD and is easily treatable with a course of antibiotics. Whatever you do, as horrible as it must be for you, don't douche cause if it is thrush or gardnerella you'll only upset the natural acid balance inside your vagina.

gemzielu,
try eating natural yoghurt,
-- answer removed --
its not eating natural yoghurt that cures it, although in the long term eating live yoghurt can help balance your bodies bacteria. You have to put the yoghurt inside your vagina, easiest by applying on a tampon.

ROFLMO forgot to mention where to put the yoghurt.
