Hi Im 27 and over the past few months I have been getting really bad headaches that kind of hover all the time but really make my head feel pressurised when I move my head this is mainly on the top of my head (accross the whole middle) and to the front, also the backs of my eyes hurt too. (I have worn glasses for about 12 years and my eye sight with them is fine at the moment) Ive noticed during this last week that I feel more tired than normal and today I have felt slightly dizzy at times. I am going to make an appointment with the doctor but wondered if anyone may have any suggestions as to what these could be.

Hi Louise, have you been on computer more than usual, could be you have been straining your eyes to much, or you may need new glasses, might also be worth a visit to optician, hope it clears up soon, Ray
Hi,it could also be a problem with your sinus's i get it sometimes.
It could be dehydration....
Could be any of the above or other things best see the doctor xxxxxxxx
can't help with a cause but i find this helps re;ease the pressure feeling

run your fingers through your hair and stop over the spot of the pressure, clamp your fingers together and slowly but firmly pull upwards. hold for a about 10 seconds then release. hold longer if you feel it helps, and do it regularly until the headache goes
