Has anyone had Bitox injections for headaches. After two and a half years of severe daily headaches and numerous tablets that didn't work, my Neurologist has arranged an appointment next month to his Clinic where he does 20 injections of Botox into my head!!

I Googled this as soon as I got home but thanks Buenchito. I just wondered if anyone else had experienced it.
Hi Linda,
My eldest son was cured of this by cranial osteopathy - in two visits! It really worked.
I had Botox injected into my body for pain and it did not work at all. Cheerio,

ps My mother was cured of this when my father died at 60 .... LOL.. aka... they weren't happy!
Linda.......depends upon the diagnosis.

If your headaches are due to migraine, then Botox injections may well be helpful BUT if they are due to chronic anxiety, then the success of these injections is marginal.......if any at all.

I know that you didn't ask that, but, no, I don't know anyone that had had them for headaches, but i am sure that many have.

Thank you all. I am under considerable stress at the moment because I am looking after my Mother, who is on an "End of life" plan but the headaches started long before this happened.
