why do you think it is that some people are very heavy sleepers while others are light sleepers?

I think one of the main issues with sleep is the environment. Comfortable mattress, the right size for a start, and adequate bedding make all the difference. If you haven't got the basics then you would not be able to relax and give your mind and body the time to wind down from the day.
My husband is a very heavy sleeper, whereas I get trouble sleeping & I`m a very light sleeper.
