My brother and his girlfriend have just had their first baby! Unfortunatley the child has both male and female genitals. The doctor says it would be an easier operation to allow the child to grow up as a girl, my brother thinks it looks more like a girl - I think this is the decision they will go with. The thing is the child has a right stonker and I feel it would be a shame to waste it. I'd love some advice...

Paul, I always believed that the clitoris was the female equivalent of the male penis, similarly the labia and the testicles - how does the child possess both ?
Whiffey it is very possible, see here:

Sorry CheekyChops, Paul, I thought you meant the child had two discrete sets.
Ah CheekyChops,

lewd language ~owzat~

If I have used lewd language then I should be banned, so link to it, off you go, that should keep you busy for a while.

Is this what they called 'intersex' if so there was a documentary all about it on tv recently and I would advise for them to take lots of advice before they make a decision as there were quite a few distressed people on there who felt they had been 'sent the wrong way'

Perhaps this might help ....

Sorry that link was to the Intersex Society of North America - not sure if we have a UK one but they probably have some good information.
