how about dairy products?
Sweetcorn only takes a day with me!
Ah the bits of sweetcorn may take a day but the skin tends to stay in your body. Havent you ever seen colonic irrigation on the tv
Generally most foods take 24 hours to go through your system. However, it certainly depends on the food type. Highly spiced foods alot faster!! and things like redmeat (steak for instance) can stay in your gut for a very long time as it is hard to break down and digest.
depends alot on your own metabolism and bowel habits also.
Eat an undercooked chicken and get rid of the entire contents of your bowel in under 30 minutes. It works for me!
