Recipes for boneless,skin off chicken thighs. 

Sainsbury's has told me they are subbing them for my skin on/ bone in thighs 😣. They are not my preferred choice. 

Ideas please...I love spice...and cream.

Or I might send them back.

I like them but also prefer the other sort you mention.

I dice them, shallow fry them in butter, fresh Garlic and coarse black pepper with sauted leeks first and fresh mushrooms.

Curry

Tuscan chicken -recipe always says skin on, but I prefer skinless. Plenty of recipes for it on line.

We coat them in breadcrumbs and deep fry them for 3 minutes.

Airfry, or otherwise roast 'em

Pasta/ I recently put a chicken recipe on Food and Drink using drumsticks but could probably also do for thighs. You could vary it with your own choice of spices and maybe add cream during last 5 mins of cooking?  It's a traybake.

Thanks for the helpful suggestions. I'm still trying to make up my mind as to whether I want a whole kilo of them!

I like your idea arky...and ubasses... I've done tuscan prawns so guess it's similar. 

Will look for your recipe haz. 

We marinade chunks of skinless chicken breasts in a mixture of Patek's korma paste and mango chutney and either barbecue it on skewers or cook it on a tray in the oven.  We serve it with rocket, spicy potato wedges and mayonnaise - and very nice it is too.  I think that would work well with the chicken you have.

Hmmmm, seems I'm missing out - I'll have to try some of these suggestions, so thanks everyone.

You have to scroll down quite away to get to the recipe.  I add some black pepper for spice and partly cooked small pasta shells completing the cooking in the sauce.

I've just pinned that recipe Ubasses. 

I've decided not to accept the huge pack of thighs in my delivery. Reading the reviews of both them, and a smaller size pack, It seems that recent comments are very negative. Poor butchery is the main complaint.
