My right ear hear less than my left ear. 3 years ago i used to hear loud bass sounds with my right ears and now my right can hear max 13400 hz frequency while my right 14700 hz. is it because of loud noise? what can i do to prevent it from getting worst?

Keep music to a reasonable level, especially if you use headphones/buds.
Wear defenders if you are using loud tools or machinery.
