morning, Wednesday Midweek, and the days are flying by, I hope that you are all in good health and that your day is a pleasant one. Do you have anything planned for today?
The decorating is almost finished, though the painter has an hospital appointment today so will return tomorrow to complete the works, which is great.

todays forecast for the capital is a heady 28c with partly sunny skies.
I will pop out today to see if i can buy a new lampshade for the hall, shouldn't be out too long.

i am ok, apart from the wretched mice problem, i try and sleep but the mice constant scratching and gnawing drives me mad. I am going to look at buying a rentokill kit, it despatches them instantly.

Having lived through a mouse plague I'm going to harp on about how effective water traps are.
3 traps, close to 1 thousand that can't swim within a few days.
The sodden little bodies go in the garbage bin.
So easy.

one thing that is very noticeable, is that the mornings are dark till quite late, it doesn't seem to get remotely light till at least 6am or slightly later. Shame as i love the early morning light.
