morning, Friday NYE, the days have flown by - I hope you are all well and that your day is a good one. Are you going to be doing anything for New Years, parties perhaps ? I have picked up a fair stinker of a cold and feel quite unwell - i wasn't going out any way but this has really knocked me for six.

will get the washing done and have a lazy day, don't feel like eating, but might have a cooked breakfast for a change, will see how i feel later on this morning. The family are going to have a party this evening, i could have stayed down there, but i just wanted to get home to my own bed.

I have no intention of going out either, I'll probably be watching the same EarthCam tomorrow, New Year's Eve. I certainly hope that you get over your cold soon. There's an old saying that a cold takes three days coming; three days there; and three days going.

no idea but feel really awful for the first time in a long while, the cough is what gets me the most....

Whenever I feel that way I put some Neocitrin, pour in boiling water and a good dollop of rum or other liquor, go to bed and let it cool off a bit, drink it then pull the covers over your head and "sweat" it out. It works quite often.

have only paracetamols in the house, and no neocitrin whatever that is.
