It's particularly difficult when your cat brings a live writhing one to your door. It's difficult to tell what is squirrel and what is cat.

Last week the geriatric idiot tried to bring a live weasel in.

Lovely, brought a smile to my face. Our scratching posts don't look like that, torn to shreds in weeks and so was my replacement rope and then the bits of old carpet carefully nailed on!!
