Anybody here think that it might be better for your body and soul to engage in conversation relating to love and pleasure rather than indignation, outrage, condemnation, hatred and spiritual and religious issues without any possibility of agreement?

Taking offence where none is intended, then taking flak for it is a big problem for me.
A creeping wokism has invaded AB, and that's sad.
So right, Anne. You could start a fun thread knowing others would join in with their humour and experiences. That's gone.

Tell you who I miss for fun....Crafty. Her advice to the woman wanting a tighter vagina will live with me til I die!
Ignore it.
It’s what I do, I only post questions I have, answers I know, and occasionally a bit of chit chat.
Can’t be bothered with those who want to cause trouble, there’s enough grief in the world at the moment without encountering it online.
Theland, What has invaded AB just now is a raft of circular (so called) Religious debates that go nowhere and convince no one.
Wokism - woke-ism: A world of difference. :-)
Especially if making a stir fry.
I don't cook but Dave's got a big red wok.
I was thinking about Craft today and how much I miss her posts.

I didn't see the vagina post though? Any chance of a link ?
I will confess to putting 'tighter vagina' into the search box but it came up with zero results.

I can't help but feel cheated by the site. :-P

You found that fast!! ^^^^^
I also miss B00.
Thank you Dave, I've made it through the wilderness. :-)

Ooer missus - you are awful!
Oh that was some thread! Forgotten Askyourgran's replies....!

Some crackers there.... :-)
Yes. I visit here less and less these days. Any given thread in the news section is like reading the letters page of the Daily Express.
I was saying to my husband that some people on here seem to be doing badly in lockdown. Quite a number of topics end up with mudslinging and unpleasantness, completely out of hand and unnecessary. I got to the point where I was going to sign off but now I just keep clear of posts that look as they may end in trouble. Mind you, that seems to be most of them these days.
In answer to the OP....
Yes, it’s called real life.
