Can anyone suggest what healthier options I should have when drinking tea and eg. a biscuit. I know it's a bad habit -but very difficult to shake off. I really want to lose weight and have the profile I once had (or close to it!!)

Drink green tea or take your tea without milk - have an oat biscuit or one of the slimming brands, without icing or chocolate.
plain tea with slice of lemon

bednobs -That's one of my favourites.....from Tesco -BUT covered in chocolate!!!!
